How can I be sure I am purchasing legitimate tickets at EPIC Event Center?
Tickets for events at EPIC Event Center are only sold through our official ticketing platform Etix.com which is linked directly through the event pages on our Upcoming Event page.
Why is someone else’s name that I don’t recognize on my ticket?
If you did not purchase your EPIC Event Center tickets via Etix.com and do not recognize the name on the ticket, it is likely that you purchased through a third-party reseller. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and if so, are not valid for admission to this event. It is possible you were unnecessarily charged significantly more than the face value of this ticket by not purchasing through our box office. Conversely, tickets purchased for less than face value may have been acquired by fraudulent means. How do I get a ticket for the best price at an EPIC Event Center event?

Where should I park for a show at EPIC Event Center?
Free parking is available in the large lot directly in front of EPIC Event Center. EPIC guests are not allowed to park in front of Ashley Furniture.
What is the bag policy?
Small bags under 5″ x 7″ are allowed and do not need to be clear. See our full Permitted Items Policy for more details.
Can I re-enter the building if I leave during a show?
No. EPIC has a no re-entry policy once your ticket has been scanned. There is an outdoor smoking deck if you’d like to step outside, and rentable lockers on site to store your things.
How do I get presale access to shows?
Presales are offered for select shows and announced through our email newsletter. Sign up on EPICGreenBay.com for updates.
Why aren’t there any mezzanine or ADA tickets available?
These ticket types may not be offered for a particular show or may already be sold out. Check the official event page on our website for accurate availability.
What do I do if I lost my ticket?
For online Etix purchases, visit Etix.com, select ‘Order Lookup’, and enter the email and payment card information used for your purchase to retrieve your tickets.
Is there food available at the venue?
Yes. Pizza by the slice is available for purchase at the bar. EPIC does not have a full kitchen.
