Purchasers will be contacted by SUPER 3-5 days before the event with the schedule, check-in location, time and pickup instructions. VIP merchandise must be picked up at the venue on show day and will not be mailed. To add an alternate pickup name, contact SUPER within 10 days of purchase. A valid photo ID matching the purchaser’s name is required at check-in. Guests unable to present matching ID may be denied entry to the VIP experience.
You may be required to sign a waiver and release of liability. By purchasing a package, you consent to event photography. Images may be visible to attendees or used by SUPER, the photographer and/or artist for promotional purposes.
